this 3,600 square ft estate offers 6 full bedrooms, 45 bathrooms, dining room, 2 living areas, a game room, and a stunning back yard with stunning views that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq.

this is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

no music in backyard at all times Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

it is optional to heat the pool
if you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum
there is an additional fee to heat the pool
prices vary depending on the time of year
oct-march: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum
april-may: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum
june and sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum
july and aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in july and august The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

we don't heat the pool past 85 degrees
pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions
we can make an exception however it does cost more
tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee
please do not touch the pool equipment outside
it will disable the system causing nothing to work
please note: it is common to see debris at times in the pool
the pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it
you cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time
we first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed
the spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.
pool vacuum must stay in the pool at all times It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.
pool vacuum-please note:
do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (that includes part of the hose or the whole thing) doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
if it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.
